Analog Modem Dial-In Accounts


Our ANALOG DIAL-IN ACCOUNTS are the "normal" PPP protocol modem dial-in type of account. All of our modems are digital modems that support up to 33.6kbps connection rates. The lines that are used for analog dial-in accounts are all digital to ensure the cleanest and fastest connection rates. The typical ping time to our mail or web server is less than 160ms, even on a 14.4kbps modem!

The best value is to get a single static IP addr with an ISDN TA that supports the MP+ protocol, and use Two-Way-Dial-On-Demand, Bandwidth-On-Demand. With Two-Way-Dial-On-Demand service you have minimal connection time, yet you can run your own web, mail, ftp, etc. servers on your own machine!




Please note that the rates for Hosted Personal Home Pages and E-Mail accounts are only available to our customers that have some flavor of Dial-In account.
